Great item and works great well.

Well packaged, worked fine out the box, using it two weeks and going strong so far. Connection points all good and it doesn’t seem to get hot. No complaints.

Did exactly what I wanted it to do. Whilst not perfect (screen quality is not equal. I'm sure there is a technical name/reason for this but I'm not technical) This little device allows me to double screen whilst working from home. It's a little life saver

I bough this to add two additional monitors to my laptop when at my desk. If you only have USB C on your computer, this is an excellent product. Been using it for a couple of weeks with no issues. Have not seen any loss in quality on the 4K monitors.

Don't waste your money. Worked okay (not great) at first but in less than a month and it's now unusable and I need to buy a different one. The hdmi port is not working correctly, the usb connections make keyboard/mouse significantly lag (which means it's unusable for somebody that is doing more than scrolls the internet). I'd like to return but annoyingly it's been a month before it was completely unusable.

Really useful product if you find yourself regularly picking your laptop up to move about. My Dell laptop has a USB c port so I can plug the power cable into this docking station along with a hdmi for my second screen, a USB a for my keyboard, a USB a phone charger and several other things in via a single USB c.

Works perfect

This arrived quickly and the packaging was very neat and nice. The build quality of the hub is impressive - a plastic coated short USB A cable attached to an aluminium chassis, incorporating the three USB A ports and an ethernet port at the end. I wanted this for my works laptop which has no ethernet port, so I could link it up with a wired connection to my home network for better security. My work laptop is a Del running Windows 10. Unfortunately, it did not detect the ethernet connection at all, stating that there was no cable connected in the network settings.. I swapped the ethernet cable I was using, in case that was the issue but the result was identical. In case it was anything to do with how my works Del laptop was set up, I tried this hub on my Apple M1 Mac Mini, unplugging the working ethernet cable from the dedicated port into this hub. It too, could not detect the ethernet connection through this hub. I did not try to search around the internet for drivers as this claims not to need them and is plug and play. On both machines however the USB A sockets sould be detected and did work. It was for the ethernet networking facility that I wanted this thoguh, so only three stars for the great build quality and the USB A hub. It could be my setup on my Del and Mac but it worked for neither for me. Can't recommend, unless you just want a well constructed USB A expansion hub. Update: the seller later contacted me to help with this issue, so the after sales / technical support is very good.

Setup und Nutzung: Die Einrichtung war kinderleicht: USB-C ran, angeschlossen, und schon wurden beide Monitore sofort erkannt. Auch meine Maus, Tastatur und externe Festplatte ließen sich ohne Probleme anschließen. Kein Gefummel, kein Treiberstress – einfach Plug-and-Play. Im Alltag: Die Dockingstation läuft stabil und zuverlässig, selbst bei längerem Arbeiten. Kein Flackern, keine Verbindungsabbrüche, alles flüssig. Praktisch ist auch, dass die Kabel ordentlich gebündelt werden können – mein Schreibtisch sieht jetzt deutlich aufgeräumter aus. Preis-Leistung: Das Beste: Sie ist wirklich preiswert. Für das, was sie leistet, bekommt man hier ein richtig gutes Gerät, das im Homeoffice sofort den Unterschied macht. Fazit: Wenn ihr zwei Monitore am Laptop nutzen wollt, ist diese Dockingstation einfach empfehlenswert. Funktioniert zuverlässig, spart Platz, macht das Arbeiten angenehmer – und kostet nicht die Welt.

I’m very impressed with this Acer USB-C Docking Station. The construction feels premium, with a solid metal body that gives it durability and a professional look. It even has a button to lock if you ever need it, which adds an extra touch of practicality. I’ve tested it with my Philips TV through HDMI, using my Samsung S25 Ultra in DeX mode, and it works flawlessly. The experience is smooth, fast, and very close to working on a desktop PC. I also connected my USB keyboard and mouse, and everything responded perfectly without lag. This docking station really makes multitasking easier, whether for work or entertainment. Acer did a great job with this product – reliable, well-built, and definitely worth recommending!

Great product Connected easily with good quality

Finora funziona perfettamente, testate tutte le funzioni dichiarate compreso il tasto di lock. Per la cronaca il mio portatile è un Dell Precision 3591. Unico difetto che ho riscontrato è in stagione calda la temperatura africana che raggiunge, ma adesso che non fa più tanto caldo è solamente tiepidino.
