Viking Hat Fleece Helmet Beanie

This is perfect! The large is just the right size for an adult. It's well made, looks great and is as cute as can be!This is to be part of some special gifts for a special neighbor on her 90th birthday...the "Viking Helmet Beanie" is to commemorate her moving here to Ballard (a Scandinavian neighborhood in Seattle).I'd previously ordered one of the plastic Viking helmets...big mistake! It was huge, uncomfortable, wouldn't stay on one's head and one of the horns and the spike on top kept falling off; it would have been something one wears for maybe a minute and a half and never again.This, on the other hand, is comfortable AND adorable...perfect! (Plus, she can wear it to open the door to trick-or-treaters on Halloween. Heck, she can wear it on her daily walks because it will keep her head warm!).I was hoping it would get here in time...it arrived in two days - with 4 days to spare until the party! Since the manufacturer is a little vague regarding their sizing info here are the specifics.. XS-S measures 18" around the inside (unstretched), S-M measures 20 1/2" around the inside (unstretched), and L measures 22" around the inside (unstretched). They do have a LITTLE give as they're made from knit polar fleece, but I wouldn't recommend planning on them stretching to fit if your head circumference is greater than the above posted measurements.

i hoped this hat would work for Ullr fest but unfortunately, it was way too small for an adult's head. I would recommend this hat for a child.

This hat is absolutely adorable! It is soft, well made, and very comfortable. I got a large (my head is 21.5") and it fits perfectly.

I am pretty sure it says that its adult sizing and yet the beanie came and was in childrens sizes. Had to send back and couldnt exchange because sizing does not list inches or anyother measureable way to see what size will fit an adult.

For your baby dolls. Small didn't fit my 6 month old.

Really adorable hat but the sizing information above is totally off! My child just turned 4 and we could not get the small on his head (and he does not have a large head for his age).

This Viking hat is very well made and actually comfortable ... and it arrived before it was promised. We had bought one a few months ago and when we needed another Viking helmet of some sort now, we chose to get a second one of these. It fits an adult head very nicely.
