Skinsoft Facial Mask Brush (Golden)

This brush is exactly what I was hoping for! I like to use clay masques, but I really hate applying them. The clay would stick to my fingers, making the masque go on clumpy and uneven. AND I'd have to scrub it out from under my finger nails multiple times to actually get all of it off.Enter: this brush. It is large enough to get your face covered quickly, but small enough to work around delicate areas of the face. The bristles are strong enough to apply a heavy masque, but still have lots of flex and are very soft. This makes the facial go on smoother and more even, and makes the whole experience more relaxing because clean-up is SO much easier.The brushes come clean easily, and it is best to clean before the product dries onto it. Using soap and warm water, move WITH (not against) the bristles over your hand or a solid surface, like the bottom of your sink. I like to wrap a ponytail holder around the towel bar so that I can dry it, along with all my makeup brushes, with the bristles pointing down.

This brush is very soft to the touch, i.e. when applying a chemical skin peel, for instance. It helps with even application of the product, smoothes softly and easily over your skin, and is very easy to use. I like that it feels like just the right weight in the hand - just very light and well made. It cleans up very easily when finished, dries nicely, and is ready for my next use. I've used it a few times so far, and I'm very glad I bought this brush.

I use this brush right now for applying homemade face masks. It works perfectly. I use the brush to mix the ingredients and to apply said masks. The bristles are strong enough to hold and help mix the product yet soft enough to apply to my face. The mask I am doing is the apple cider vinegar + bentonite clay - for blackheads (a bit of a miracle how well this mask works). The price is reasonable. The brush length is perfect for my needs (7"). When not in use I keep the brush in the plastic sleeve it came with keeping it clean and protected from dirt and dust. Excellent brush for this purpose. Looking forward to trying other diy masks and skin care products!

This is a brush I use to apply my mud masks. It works.I read a few reviews that the product is cheap and breaks easy. Mine has not.It is kind of a shame because it is so beautiful but I use it to apply thick grey sludge on my face and it gets super gross, but it's easy to clean so...Spreads mud on my face well, easy to control, easy to lather it on.Nothing too special but it's a brush that does what I need it to.

Before I begin this review, I just want to note that I have only used for for applying masks and therefore cannot comment on its effectiveness regarding makeup application.I have been using different masks (homemade) for years, and recently commercial ones too. They ranged from egg whites to dead sea masks. Anything and everything I have used it for has dramatically changed how I use them. With your fingers, it’s not very sanitary unless you wash your hands prior to use, but that isn’t the most convenient. Even more so, it’s just not easy getting a smooth, even application. Fortunately, this brush solves both of these problems.Assuming you cleanse the brush thoroughly after every use, it is much more hygienic. Not only that, it gives you precision. With the brush, it is both easier to get a uniform application and cover precisely only where you intend it to. A fair comparison would be drawing a painting. With your fingers, sometimes you just miss and color the wrong spot. On the other hand a brush allows you to be as articulate as you’d like.The brush itself is comfortable to hold and the bristles are softer (and flexible) than I had ever imagined. Cleaning it is fairly easy and the quality of it assures you a long life. It dries stiff, but a quick rinse under water easily prepares it for the next use. Just don’t forget to dry excess water from it, as it may interfere with your mask, depending on the kind.My only regret is that I had bought their cheapest model and may be missing out. I will definitely be considering trying their higher-end models in the future.

I ordered this about half a year ago. This golden part has fallen off of the clear handle. I fixed it with some superglue but I’m disappointed that it was not higher quality. It is a beautiful brush though.First photo is when it broke. Second photo is after I fixed with superglue.

I just finished using this a few days ago with my Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay and my Peter Thomas Roth Irish Moor Mud Purifying Black Mask. Both masks worked out beautifully and spread evenly with this brush and there was no trouble getting the bristles clean afterwards. In the past I've bought other brushes on here and when you try to wash the mask out of the brush, some of the bristles start coming out. Or if the mask is thick enough sometimes bristles will be pulled out as you're applying the mask and stick to your face. I did not have that problem when using this brush.Granted, it was a little more expensive than the others I'd previously purchased, but the loosening bristle thing is a deal breaker for me because I use facial masks every week.

I didn't think you needed to use a brush for face masks, but when I heard you did, I looked around and decided to purchase this one on a whim - its an awesome brush for my mud mask. It cleans easy and is firm while being soft. Make sure to clean it RIGHT AFTER USING! Don't want to keep all the bacteria in the brush because that will ruin it! Also, make sure to only use this brush for face masks, will prolong the life of the brush if you keep up with cleaning it and don't use it with all the random products.

I brought this brush cause I had to use it for school (Skin and Body therapist) and it just came apart when I used it only 2 times. Was so disappointed when all the strands came out.

Perfect ! Feels good works like a dream and like another review mentioned the nose is a tricky part but you’ll figure it out

Love the brush, it’s soft on my skin. Seems like it will last a while. I’m still not sure it was worth the price, I had a bit of buyers remorse in that department. But it does work beautifully.

Der Pinsel ist sehr angenehm bei der Anwendung. Er liegt auch gut in der Hand. Die Verarbeitung scheint sehr gut zu sein. Lässt sich auch sehr gut reinigen.

Ce pinceau est très doux, facile à nettoyer, et de bonne qualité. Je l'utilise toujours pour appliquer mes masques. Je recommande fortement !
