Under U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) labeling requirements, it has a caloric value of 0.2 kilocalories per gram (95% less than sugar and other carbohydrates), though nutritional labeling varies from country to country. What is the sweetener used for the Vanilla sugar-free product? I am looking for stevia or xylitol. . . not artificial ones.

splenda is the sweetener. If you want stevia, you want Monin's Zero Calorie syrup. It has monkfruit and stevia, not splenda

Is this keto friendly?

Don't know about keto friendly but my mother is a diabetic and using this in a milkshake in summer does not raise her glucose level. Hope that helps.
