Phone is good, no complaints so far. Only issue I had was the Amazon driver who delivered it threw it to the front yard behind my car and left it there

I was a tad worried about network compatibility seeing as this is a USA market phone but it works flawlessly in Canada. The phone is a great upgrade for me, especially at the price it is. Nice big battery, great display, way smoother than my old phone (120hz display helps with that alot), pretty good camera, and lots of storage. Also the vegan leather back feels quite nice and provides a tiny bit of extra grip which is always nice.

I purchased two phones listed as “unlocked” but both devices were completely inaccessible from day one. Both phones displayed a “This device has a financing plan” message with no way to access settings, accounts, or any features. The devices are locked to a carrier financing plan and cannot be used or reset without contacting the original service provider — which I have no connection to. I have been fighting for a refund since February with no resolution. Amazon keeps sending the same automated response asking me to perform a factory reset, which is technically impossible given the devices are completely locked. A repair service confirmed it would cost $90 per phone to unlock them — an expense I should not bear for items that were misrepresented. Do not buy from this seller. The phones are not as described and the seller takes no responsibility. This has caused me significant stress, time, and financial loss.
