Can you get a tray for this stroller?

I wished, it doesn’t have a feature for that either. The makers of this stroller sacrifice and compromised practicality for design not cool.

Does it come with a car seat adapter?

I can fit my baby’s car seat right in the basket, that’s usually what I do! It’s big enough that it actually fits

Is this goood during winter? I'm having a winter baby in New England.

It should perform well unless going through thick heavy snow. The wheels are pretty big and sturdy. My daughter was born during New England Winter as well.

How much of this stroller comes assembled?

You only have to pop on the wheels, cup holder, and slide the bassenet/seat attachment on. Everything else was assembled. Took me maybe 5 minutes to have it in working order.
