This seal strip is very easy to cut and install- the seal retaining ridges fit easily and securely into the holding channel. Strip looks good and provides a great seal.

It is easy to install and works great so far. They even had a plastic tool to make sure that it fits snug into the door frame. I have done all three of my doors that lead to the outside.

I'm skeptical about this item. First of all, the slot in my door was in the "inch" limits listed for this item. The gap strip was very slim, and slid into the gap/slot quite easily, but since this item did not have any type of adhesion, I'm just not sure if it will hold well. That being said, let me back up, and say, the directions are extremely generic, and should be a bit more specific, ensuring the item is installed correctly. I initially installed this item "backwards", which fit slightly snugger, since I used a plastic paint scraper to push the gap strip into the slot. It held very nice, and the weather stripping seemed to be nice and snug with the door frame. However, after completing all three sides, the one side of the door, showed sunlight all the way down the door frame when the door was closed. Yep, clearly, I did something wrong. Started over again and installed the stripping the opposite way. Now I don't see any sunlight when the door is closed, but I'm just not sure about how long this will stay in place, as it just doesn't seem to be "snug". We'll see.....cold weather is coming quickly.

Trim is easy to apply. It’s a bit thicker than the old smashed stuff i removed so the doors close tightly. I have to consciously push the door closed. The glue seams to hold well. It’s been 3/4 months and no sagging or falling off.

DO NOT get the replacement at Lowe’s or Home Depot. I did, wasted my money when it didn’t seal well. I bought this (the legit replacement) and it fit like a glove and sealed perfectly. Not only was it less expensive than Lowe’s, it is obviously better quality.

Weather stripping is very easy to replace, and it can really help with air leaks around your outside doors. I used a putty knife to break the old weather stripping loose and it came out with no effort. I used the old pieces to measure for the new. The new slipped right in place. You can cut to length with a heavy pair of scissors.

Better then the one from the store. The ones from store all dried up and plastic cracked this one is great and easy to install
