This is a solid, good charger. It charges my phone and iPad faster than my other chargers. It also recharges faster when I plug it in. The case is metal and rugged. It’s one big drawback is that it is heavy, which is not ideal for a travel charger. I plan to leave it home on short trips and take it on longer trips when I anticipate not have consistent power availability. Update: I initially gave this four stars because of it's heavy weight, but I took this on a one month trip to Africa and it came through again and again. One of my chargers that weighs less quit working entirely, I assume because of the plastic housing, and now needs to be disposed of. The way that the Morphie Powerstation quickly charges equipment and more rapidly is recharged is very helpful. I am going to be using this more than I initially expected. It's functionality is worth the extra weight.

I really appreciate this power bank for its size, it’s compact and fits into most of my small handbags and does exactly as promised. Thank you so much. And by the way, it charges my iPhone, much faster than I expected…

Great power bank; can charge my phone twice from 10% and a tablet twice. It is larger thank a pocket charger but I just keep it in my backpack or toolbag. The metal body really feels durable.

I tested it on delivery; OK. Then I charged it up. But 2 months later when try I tried to charge a device (iPad) for the first time, the Mophie quit after a quarter charge and will not now accept a recharge. Update: i contacted support. Seven days later, they responded and authorized a warranty replacement, but I had to pay $10 shipping. Not my idea of how to make friends and influence people. Update #2. Now several months later, not only did I have to pay shipping costs for a warranty replacement, but it was not a replacement-in-kind. Rather it was an earlier model, totally different design. AND it did not function out of the box; it would not deliver or accept a charge. On a related matter, the warranty requires that I return-mail the old products to them AFTER they email me a return mailing label which they did not do for many weeks. Meanwhile they are sending me “friendly reminders” to return the old products or they will have to charge my credit card for the products. Finally after many emails with customer service (there is no phone contact for them), they sent the mailing labels. I declined anymore warranty replacements and requested a full refund of the original product cost plus the warranty replacement shipping cost. They have agreed to refund my shipping cost. But they say they cannot refund the original product cost because I purchased it through Amazon, a third party. So all in all, not a happy camper here.

A little bulky and heavy but it does the job. I trust the brand. It will charge my phone in 15 minutes.

I thought I got a defective product and nowhere did it say that it will stop blinking when it’s charging. I was not sure what happed but it would blink for a couple of seconds and then stop. I ended up buying a 45w block and charger just in case but I had to look up online. I was going to return it till I saw online that I should try charging it for a couple of hours to see if it charges and it does. We will see after a couple of months.

Great power brick. Take a bit to charge but good to have around to charge phones if power goes out
