More thought to the layout
I don’t think having the background to the day column dark as writing the date in it doesn’t show up very well. I have had to adapt the notes column to write the date.

Newly diagnosed Type 2. Not sure which foods would cause spikes as everyone seems to react slightly differently. This really helped to see what was going on at a glance.
