Update after two months - Cat still loves it. He tore the feather end apart but the toy comes with others to put on - and I also tied a ribbon to the end myself. Works great. Even though he yanks and jumps and pulls on it, the motor keeps working. Best toy I’ve ever bought for my cat. Update - My cat is addicted to this thing! It’s been a week now. He plays with it constantly. The charge holds well and he gets many hours of play time on each charge. He’s figured out that when it goes dormant he only needs to poke it to get it moving again. He’s dug at it, pulled it across the floor and tried to scratch the plastic blanket piece - and it’s held up. I would give this 10 stars if I could! /End of update —————— I have a big, part-Maine Coon cat, and he absolutely loves this. He’s finicky about toys, so the fact that he’s so interested in this is a big positive. The one thing to know, though, is it’s a bit smaller than it’s seems. Big cats can fling it over. Mine did that pretty quickly the first time he played with it, but he hasn’t done it again the last several times. Crossing fingers he won’t. He is digging at it pretty hard and it’s holding up. I’ll update after a while about durability. Overall, I highly recommend this.

I have a 7 month old kitten that requires a lot of attention. He loves to play. He’s like a little Rambo. Everyday I set aside time to play with him. Very active little guy. I needed something more to preoccupy him. I found this 3 in 1 hide and seek game. He absolutely loves it. It’s just the right size. Doesn’t take up a lot of room. Durable. I love the fact that it doesn’t run on a battery. You just need to charge it with a USB. Best of all there are 3 different modes. One mode is where the butterfly flies around and stops and then starts up again. The next mode is the little fish moves around under the blanket, goes back and forth and around and stops and then starts up again and this toy is motion activated and if in touched fur a little bit, it will shut off automatically. The last mode is both the butterfly and the fish will take turns moving. Today was the first day I introduced it to my kitten and he has been playing with it for 45 mins. I thought it was a little pricey at first but this is well worth the money.

It is easy to set up and understand directions to. Our 6-month old kitten has had constant fun with it for the past 3 days now. The flying butterfly in the center wand is so much fun for him and us to watch - and the little mouse popping out of the fabric circle MEOW cover keep him entertained for a long time. It is so quiet, I swear you can't hear it; I love the way you can set it to alternate between the flying butterfly and hidden mouse every 50 seconds or one at a time or both at once; and also you can set the speed slow or fast. Can't praise this enough. It will automatically pause if you pet is taking a break from it and then start up again if your pet touches one of the play articles on it within 2 hours. It does shut down automatically if nothing happens for 2 hours which is great. There is good weight to the center motor so that this does not move when the pet attacks the cloth or mouse or butterfly. One charge lasted 3 days of almost non-stop work. Not a flaw in this mechanism and the kitten took to it immediately, with only one hesitation at the first movement, but all-on after that. Absolutely recommend it; and for the product you get, this is a very inexpensive price to pay. Highly recommend. A++++

Smaller than expected but the motor works well. Speed settings are nice and the two toys are great since it gives my cats more variety. And the auto shut-off is a nice feature. However, since it’s small/not too heavy, one of my cats will tip the whole machine over. So if your cat is more aggressive-active/large, this might not be well suited for them. It makes noise but nothing loud/grating. Easy to clean and assemble.

I bought this in April, 5 months ago for my cat’s 1st birthday present. My cat loves this toy. She plays with it multiple times every day, she falls asleep on top of it, and I wake up to her sitting on it, waiting for me to turn it on. That being said, apparently the battery life is just not a thing. I thought it was dying faster lately, so I charged it overnight, and turned it on, and it immediately died. There’s no way for me to replace the battery even if I knew how. So yeah, now I’ve got a dead toy, and a sad cat. Maybe they’ll send me a new one, but I’m not buying a second one if they don’t bc that’s ridiculous that it would only last 5 months. The only reason it’s not a 1 star is bc Willow loved it so much, and it would have been 5 stars if it hadn’t died. Edit: They are sending me a new one! Very prompt customer service, and at no charge, and I don’t have to send the old one back in. Grateful for the help and for the opportunity to give the toy a chance again.
