Very Best Matzah in the world. I tried so many but this one is fantastic. Do not order with other products Amazon packers will pack heavy objects with the matzah breaking them before you ever get to use them.

Hands-down, the best flavored matzo for Passover that we have found… I got used to Matzah being bland and cardboard like… until I found this ancient grains matzo! It’s the only one I’ll buy when we celebrate Passover.. It’s so good we can still eat it during the year to dip with hummus and other items or baba ghanoush and other dips we love. I won’t buy another type of matzo unless it’s locally made with ancient grains. The quality is that good and the value on Amazon I can’t find anywhere else else in my area. It always comes fresh, most of the time it’s not broken. The texture is exactly what you’re looking for in a matzo and it smells like actual grains instead of like cardboard or nothing… I actually want to eat this stuff and so do my kids!!!

I like that it is two ingredients and the spelt is whole grain. It helps to satisfy that craving for something crunchy that is better for you than other crunchy things. When time permits I will experiment with some spice toppings to make it more like chips but I enjoy them plain. It is less calories than the whole wheat version. I can break off small amounts at a time to eat less grain. It is seemingly the healthiest cracker that I have found.

Totally comfortable. When trying something new, some may be uncomfortable. This is good matzo.

Tasty, organic, and salt free. However, as in another review, some edges on each were very dark and burned. Its' not the end of the world, but I wonder if the manufacturer deliberately ships the burned matzo to the United States. Would I but this manufacture's again? maybe not.

If you like whole grain goodness these matzos are a yummy choice. I find them sturdier than the Manischewitz unbleached wheat flour brand I am accustomed to, breaking easily and more cleanly. They have a nice crunchy texture and a slight nutty flavor. Great with a spread or guac or heaped with sauteed veggies and cheese I will be buying these again and highly recommend them.

I was very disappointed 😞. All three packages were burnt. This picture does not show to the degree these Matzo's were burnt. I thought one box burnt not good but okay. But when you can only purchase three,and all three a burnt. I know a friend is in order. Hopefully,all orders are not sent out like this. Due to health issues, spelt flour is what I must eat. This is just too burnt to enjoy. They are nasty. Hopefully this company will take into consideration and do better. Refund please.
