After my 3 Tervuren had a bout of intestinal issues, the treatment totally wiped out any good gut bacteria they may have had. Upon my vets recommendation I purchased VetriScience gut health. I like the powder form and sprinkle it over their food every other day. (Giving it daily to 3 dogs is pricey so I’m stretching it out). I’m happy with the product and plan to keep it as part of a healthy diet. Shipping was fast with no issues.

Worked pretty great when I first got it. Not seeing a whole lot of help now unfortunately.. I managed to get the Amazon sticker glued to the side off and saw it was supposed to be refrigerated once opened.. So I'm not sure if it got less effective due to sitting out and getting semi warm (live in the south) or if it's just not a good fit for my cat.. so that's unfortunate.

After raising Danes for years and no issues, my current Dane developed bloat in October of 2024. Thankfully an after hours vet was able to save her. Her stomach flipped twice and her spleen had to be removed to flip the stomach back in place. After surgery she had some stomach issues and our vet put her on this. We got the first bottle from the vet but found it here on Amazon at a little better price. It's a powder form that's easy to measure out. We tried weaning her off of it, but she began to have stomach issues so we put her back on it. It helps with digestion and as a bonus her coat is much softer. I definitely recommend it.

This is my second purchase. The first was from a vet's office. So happy to find it on Amazon at a cheaper price. I initially purchased this item to help my new rescued cats transition easily from the food they were fed to the high-quality I wanted to serve. With my prior cats I did the slow transition mixing old with new. Because their elimination wasn't normal after the first couple of days of arrival, I decided to use this powder and there were immediate results. The vet wrote, on the first purchase, to be used daily, just a pinch and those are the instructions I've been following for a year. The bottle itself states otherwise. However, this is a good product for digestive system. I decided to keep the cats on it. Besides, having cats for so many yrs, this is the first item i ever came across that's tasteless. Maybe someday, medications will be tasteless and easy to administer. This item came packaged well and a prescription from the vet wasn't necessary making an easy, smooth purchase.
