This sauce has a great rich pepper flavor. The flavor is accompanied by a pleasant level of heat. It is the perfect thickness.

Too salty for my taste. Others obviously disagree. But I am sure it is the saltiest hot sauce I've come across, and I've tasted a great many. I am a devoted fan of Arizona Gunslinger red jalapeno pepper sauce, which has the true jalapeno taste, and is made of nothing but peppers, vinegar, and salt. This sauce is different in having both habanero and jalapeno peppers and, as I say, a great deal more salt.
