I've been using this device for a couple of weeks and it has become my favorite step in the facial care routine. I was looking for something to help me with fluid retention in the face in the mornings and this device has exceeded my expectations. What I liked the most: The cold function is spectacular to use it freshly raised; it deflates the eyes and cheeks almost instantly. The heat function is super relaxing for the night and helps serums and oils absorb much better. Ergonomic design: The shape of "Gua Sha" adapts perfectly to the jawline, cheekbones and neck. It is very comfortable to hold and slide. LED light therapy: I notice the skin more luminous and with a more uniform tone since I use the red light I strongly recommend it. For the price it has, it offers a combo of technologies (cold, heat, vibration and lights) that in a spa would cost you much more. The skin feels firmer, toned and relaxed. A 10 out of 10!

The heat setting feels incredibly soothing and helps my moisturizer absorb so much better, while the cooling mode instantly depuffs my face and under-eye area, especially in the mornings. The curved metal gua sha head is one of my favorite features. It perfectly hugs the contours of my jawline, cheeks, forehead, and neck, making it easy to target fine lines and areas of tension. After using it consistently, (up to twice a day) my skin looks noticeably firmer, smoother, and more radiant. I have also seen a visible reduction in puffiness and redness. I love that one device addresses multiple skincare concerns, from dullness and enlarged pores to fine lines and skin texture. The gentle vibration feature is another bonus because it helps stimulate circulation and leaves my skin looking refreshed and glowing. It feels incredibly relaxing after a long day. This device is beautifully designed, easy to use, and worth every penny.

This device simply stops working after the battery runs out.... I've kept charging, but it will not charge at all. The advertisement for it should be one-time use. It's very unfortunate because IF it did work, and last, it would help with your facial skin treatment. Maybe I got a faulty one. I hope I did, otherwise I would not spend 2 pennies on this item again.

This device has been working great! I have been using the light therapy on a couple injury’s and it seems to be helping them heal. The head gets super cold and very warm. It glides easily over your skin to help with those wrinkle. Over all great product.

It's easy to handle and feels great in your grip. I particularly love the versatility of the contact head: you can use the pointed tip for targeted, direct contact, or the flatter side for wider coverage. I don't usually write reviews, but I love this device!! I got this after trying the Theraface Depuffing Wand, which I loved, but Its pretty expensive so I wanted something more affordable. I use this morning and night and it feels like a facial. I love the hot setting - its so relaxing and it really does feel like it helps my lotions and serums work into my skin. I'm prone to breakouts and I can honestly say that my breakouts have reduced and my skin truly has a glow. I've been getting so many compliments on how my skin looks. The ONLY reason I'm giving this 4 stars is because the cool setting doesn't feel cool enough. I'd give it 4.5 but there isn't an option for that!
