i bough this to replace my failing humidifier fan. i measured everything and it fit perfectly. I didn't even have to re-wire the connector. The only down side is that this fan is 1 speed. Where-as the humidifier fan was variable. So even through the circuit board is capable of variable voltage, this fan goes full-out no matter what the setting. This causes my humidifier to be quite loud. This is kind-of OK as it drowns out background noise.
