Planted the seed never grew

I am very disappointed with this product I received a total of four individual bags of seeds. I planted four of each type of seeds a total of sixteen seeds the first time around. The second time around I planted a total of twenty seeds. I followed the instructions exactly as instructed Not a single one germinated. It was a waste of money and time.
