This book is the business...
Beautifully put together, this book offers a unique glimpse into the reggae scene at the height of its creative output. As well as Marley being well represented, the book depicts the various characters and artists who helped form the nebulous sound that later became 'classic' roots reggae. The surprising thing for me was the quality of the writing, which is every bit as good as the (really very good) photography. Comprising several short essays by people who witnessed the development and spread of reggae across the world, their insights are touching and intimate, and impart a real feel for the island and the people involved.Good book for anyone interested in music, and essential for any reggae fan.

Beautiful, intimate photos
Kim has created a stunning collection of photos of reggae legends, with off-guard photos offering a real insight into their lives away from the public eye.Absolutely brilliant.
