This is a well constructed chair. Very happy with purchase.

The footrest on the chair does not raise or lower. All connections to the motor are secure. There are no obstructions. There are no motor sounds when you push the footrest buttons. All other functions work properly and you can hear the motor before the chair moves. I'm recovering from a broken ankle and bought this chair to elevate my foot and help me stand. I'm extremely disappointed. It was also delivered to the wrong address. My address was blacked out on the package.

Chair is good quality but foot lift did not work. After contacting company several times without satisfaction I contacted Amazon and they handled everything with the company. Chair is still not functioning.

Slow moving

The price was good and it arrived quickly. I bought on sale, and this is not a $400 recliner-which is what the regular price was listed at. It's very small; moves slowly; fabric is rough textured; not comfortable over all. Not worth keeping but it would be a hassle to return. I will make up my mind in the next day if it's worth keeping. I am 5'4" tall and with the foot rest up it hits a little bit below my knee. Other than the scratchy fabric, this would be good for a child.

The material is nice but it is not a comfortable chair. Very stiff with a short headrest and the footrest does not raise high enough. The motor seems slow. Would caution anyone to not buy this as the cost is exorbitant to return…prohibiting a return.

The footrest does not extend all the way. The controller is exceedingly slow. It takes approximately 15 minutes for the chair to lift all the way. This has been the worst lift chair that I have owned and the return process is fraught with problems.
