Excellent delivery, around 48 hours from order and in great condition

Growing up I loved Willy Wonker and The Chocolate factory and so became a fan of Gene Wilder. I've seen a few films of his over the years but had never heard of this one, so when it popped up one day in a search I thought I'd give it a go and I wasn't dissappointed.If you love wacky off the wall comedies like Clue, and Murder by Death (two of my favourite films ever) you'll enjoy this equally.

Waited a long time to find this!! Arrived quickly and has taken me back to my childhood! Love this film!! Hop hop come on do the kangaroo hop……

What a mad but typical Gene Wilder type film. I love Madeleine Kahn as she has appeared lots of times with him and in many Mel Brooks films. They are both mad cap and great. Marty Feldman who also appeared with both actors in Young Frankenstein was also hilarious. The only down side was the fact that both Gene and Madeleine spoke with American accents when they are supposed to be the brother of the great Sherlock Holmes and the daughter of a British lord, respectively. But that didn't spoil it for me, I still loved the film.

The funniest film ever, and the only one that I rate 10 out of 10 on the imdb movie database. We - me and friends, after retiring gracefully from the local clubs at around 2am in the late 1970s - watched it repeatedly with absolute delight. OK, the chocolate scene is completely unfunny, and I'm amazed that this was shown in the trailer to the initial release of the movie, but the rest of the action and songs is just sublime hilarity and/or insanity, with hints of inanity.

Really wonderful to come across this movie, which I hadn't seen in 45 years... Wonderful price and sent immediately. Thank YOU.
