How do you get the pump to pop up?? Twisted for 10 minutes and won't pop up!

Ok, so you’ve turned the spiget portion. That’s to bad, but you can still get it open. Turn the spiget 1/4 turn and pull up slitly, it should pop up on its own. Now if it doesn’t work the first time, repeat turning the spiget another 1/4 turn. Continue this until the unthreaded portion is aligned properly. If you have any new bottles try turning it 3/4 turn and pull, it should pop out. Good luck.
