Is the turkey tail just the "fruiting" part or does it include the rooting part too?

Regarding your questions, we use a water-based extract process as we’ve found this gives us the best consistency and effectiveness. The ratios do vary based on the mushrooms and the batch. As a reference point, our hero mushroom in Critical Immune Defense is a very special Turkey Tail mushroom, and that ratio is 20:1. Are these mushroom grown on wood or grains?
