Great little compressor pedal! Solid build quality with an aluminum case, and the controls are simple but effective (sustain, attack, and level). It really helps smooth out my tone and makes my guitar sound more polished without losing dynamics. The true bypass works perfectly, and it doesn’t add any noise. Compact size is a big plus for my pedalboard. Definitely worth it for the price!

This overdrive pedal is amazing for the price. Sound is warm and clean, very similar to a Tube Screamer. Easy to use and build quality is solid. No noise issues and true bypass works perfectly. Great for practice and live playing. Totally worth the money. Highly recommended!

Currently running this through a 70 watt amp- good sound, good compression, bypass switch works very well with no signal loss. A no frills, does what it's supposed to do compressor pedal. Reliable and solidly built, would absolutely recommend for smaller gigs and newer players looking to tighten up their sound.

As a beginner this is a great way to get into distortion pedals. Very uncomplicated. Works well with my fender amp. I had some DC power supplies already from other appliances, but none of them worked. You definitely have to buy the recommended style negative Pole that's built for a guitar distortion pedal. Once that was sourced I was off to the races making very loud distorted chords much to my wife's disgust. I wish my amp went to 11. The pedal's easy to engage, but I see that experience players have a rack with multiple pedals mounted for multiple effects. This does not seem to have mounting holes to add it to a rack. Likely if I get to that point I'll be upgrading to a more expensive effects pedal. This is well built all metal, with a positive latching switch you can easily manage with your foot. The gain adjustment interface as well with the gain adjustment on my amp to achieve a wide range of distortion effects. I'm still learning to use it, but I can see this simple tool has a wide range of effects available to an experienced player.

Not bad for the price. No attack or decay settings so dialing it in isn’t perfect but it’s a good cheap pedal that’ll stop any humming or ringing.

This pedal is either defective or the brand doesn't work the way it should. A noise gate should kick in by 30% turned up, but this one has to be turned all the way to 100% before it kicks in, and it doesn't really kick in all the way. There's no adjustment that works other than all the way up. It also kept cutting out the sound completely while engaged, so simple strumming is cutting out all over the place. Also, I received an opened and used item. The box had a little damage, the seal was cut, it had a sticker on top of a sticker, and the pedal wasn't packed in its original inner packing. (the distortion pedal of this brand had a nice padded inner bag around the pedal). I can see why someone returned it, but it should not have been resold as new.

This is a really nice-sounding distortion. Even though it's a hard-clipping circuit, to my ear, it's very OCD-flavored. Very fat sounding. Cleans up nice. Solid build. I ordered the RVONE 10 Band EQ and since I needed another distortion I figured I'd try this pedal too. I've also ordered one of their compressors. I'm glad I did. While I have your attention I also tried the RVONE Chorus. I returned it. Being that a chorus circuit is a chorus circuit (IOW they're all pretty much the same) the RVONE Chorus is a simple two-knob (rate and depth) chorus pedal. You really need a chorus to have a level control too since all of the two-knob choruses I've ever tried have a nasty volume boost when you engage the foot switch making it absolutely useless for a live application especially if you have a sound man who besides keeping everything else level now has to constantly be riding the fader of your amp's microphone to keep the chorus in check when you kick it on. I love the Rowin Chorus. I have several of them. They have that much-needed level control. I also have a few Caline DCP-03 DEVILFISH Chorus Delay Effect Pedals that I'm extremely happy with. Rock on!
