Great product
Brilliant for making sauerkraut. Unfortunately, the first pot sent out was defective, causing it to leak, but supplier (PureNature) were brilliant and sent out a new one in good time, without charge, plus did not require the broken one to be returned. The fermentation pot does its job. The only small draw back is that the stones for weight are not very heavy, hence the 4 star rating only. In hindsight, I should have gone for the 5litre pot, which should happily accommodate 8-10 medium sized heads of cabbages. But I'm now stuck with the 10litres, so I guess I'll have to grow more cabbages!
