It does help a little
I don't think this is something that people should be expecting significant results from. But if you workout a lot or have trouble with this area I did notice that it does help to improve your results from the training you may be doing. The best way to get results still is to diet and exercise accordingly. Abs are not easy to get sadly :(

I could not write a review of the main product as it is gone! The sticky pads are difficult to use. They will stick to everything except your skin!
