I purchased this video to show to high school coaches for basic first aid. Although it is industrial in nature I found it to be very pertinent and thorough.

Ordered the DVD set with disks 1 and 2 as shown.... well when I went to open and use it for a class they sent me the DVD set with two disk 1's NO disk 2!!!! made it very hard to teach the class with the same disk... now I'm out the money and need to buy a new DVD set and spend more money!!!! if i could give lower than one star i would....

I took a First Aid, CPR, and AED course at the local fire station and wanted to "brush up" on the skills. This presentation is so boring I can't watch it for more than 10 minutes at a time. I finally gave up and bought a book on the same subjects.

I read the reviews but needed the DVD for my CPR class. The video SKIPS which sucks. I have used it once... Can't return. Clearly stated on the wrapper. Once opened can't return!

I chose this product because I am an instructor and needed it for teaching. This DVD will handle all my instructional needs.

Thought I was ordering a DVD, recieved VCR tapes, in comments within order recieved was the listing VCR tape. Wrote to complain to Book 4 U, no apology only to send back if I am not satisfied, no explanation. They only wrote that the description was for VCR. I do not read this in the original order. Guess I cannot trust what I read for a product description when I order.
