Space and cosmetic (quality control) issue.
I gave it four stars because my issue is space and cosmetic (quality control). It doesn't affect the functionality of the item and it is made for smaller pills. If you have to a take a lot of larger pills then this will NOT be for you. I can only fit four of my bigger pills in the morning and have to put the rest of my morning pills in the afternoon slot. So much for the afternoon pills. The slots need to be bigger to accommodate more pills. On the pictures, which are my cosmetic (quantity control) issues. The first one is just an overall picture. The next two pictures are of the gap that can be seen between the number six and seven holder. Then the number seven is leaning and touching the number eight. All this is because of the plastic on the bottom of the number seven hole as you can see in the last picture. It may only be mine that was like this and is only a cosmetic (quality control) issue. I gave it four stars because I feel a little more effort could have been taken in the design and quality control. It works for what is supposed to do. It just is too small for someone who may take a lot of pills.

Not great
Found this while looking for a new pill organizer and liked the fact that it had a months worth at a time. However, its very difficult to load as the slots don't sit upright. They keep falling over which is a pain when you're filling to many slots. Also, they're not big enough for large vitamins so I am using 2 slots for morning pills. Will see how this works out as I just started filling the dispenser. Otherwise, its nice enough looking and hopefully convenient.

Technically like 4.5 Stars
We wanted to love this 100% but it falls just a little shy. For anyone who has to take a lot of medications like my husband (as someone else mentioned) this falls short. It's nice, compact, enables you to fill it for the entire month , makes it easier to see if you accidentally missed taking them etc. (all major pluses). The issues come in when it comes down to the size of the containers. The containers are on the smaller side (if they were a bit wider and a bit taller it would work) We can still manage to use it as my husband has no "evening meds" so we split the night medications into the evening and night slots but his morning pills almost didn't fit and he has afternoon medications so it was REALLY close. All in all for their next version Id love to see them offer maybe a "small and large" version. The large version being a bit of a larger circle with larger and deeper slots. It could also (if you wanted it to be the most well rounded) do with a system for knowing what you need to refill as some meds run out on different days during the month etc but we can work with that..its just the last little issue we found. We just got this so I can't comment on the quality (how well the lids hold up to opening and closing etc) though I can say that ours does not contain the gaps etc a previous reviewer mentioned so that may be a defect in the one they got. All in all though this should cut out a fair bit of guesswork and leave the pill filling to once a month which makes us very happy. I love the concept of flipping them when the day is done and I love the concept of pulling that days out to the front...all very cool and innovative which is why this would be excellent for people who do take a lot of medications like say Cancer patients or those with multiple medical conditions. Just a few more tweaks and I think it would be perfect.

The concept is good, difficult to fill and some don't stay closed.
I have medications that must be taken morning and evening. I was overlooking them some days and did not realise it until time for the next dose. This unit seemed to be exactly what I needed. Well, it keeps me on track but it miserable to fill. The daily units tip very easily and it takes quite a while to fill. I do like the green on one end and red on the others. When I fill the unit each month the full daily cases are put in with the green end up. Once I have taken the days medicine, the case goes back in the rack with the red end up. The worst thing is that the cases snap closed and someof them just don't have a good fit. I've picked up the daily case and one of the sections is actually open and I did not realize it. Then I have pills all over the floor. I'm still looking for a better device!!

Just what I needed
Maybe you have a basket of overflowing meds bogarting your dining table. Perhaps you've got enough in your personal formulary it puts Walgreens to shame.I'm on a regimen of medication and vitamins to take throughout the day. Previously I had a standard pill organizer. I eventually got tired of setting it every week and just had medicine and supplement bottles scattered all over my table. I'd rummage through it at pill time for the ones I was looking for, several times a day. In my world without rationale or logic, that system was some how less annoying than setting my pills every week.I've had some vitamins added to my regimen and there's been a few times I've lost track of whether or not I had just taken my doses. So it led me to seek out a larger vessel to try and help me keep track. This is perfect. I love that I can sit down and fill this container once a month. Yes, it takes some time. But the individual days are such a good idea for people on the go.I also love that they're double-sided, so once I've taken everything for the day, I just flip it upside down to indicate that I have, indeed, taken my meds. The only flaw was some of the graphics were scratched coming right out of the box. It wasn't a big deal, however, and the dates were still visible anyway.Thank you! The pill cutter, I haven't used yet but it looks like it'll do the job just fine.
