Really unique floral flavored honey. Significantly sweeter and much more floral than American Clover honey. It's very creamy, even when you put it in the refridgerator, it remains very creamy and viscous and is easy to scoop out of the jar. In my opinion, it's too sweet, and actually this honey is probably the sweetest thing I've ever tasted in my life. Imagine eating a scoop of raw sugar, mixed with an electrical stimulator in your brain. Pure white sugar is somehow less sweet than this honey. If you like honey, this seems to be a very high quality honey and you can tell it's not processed, because it has a mixture of colors and textures in the jar. It's very natural looking. If you don't like the spicy cinnamon flavor of regular honeys, then this one is for you. Very smooth, silky, sweet, intense floral SWEET flavor.

This buckwheat honey EXCEEDED my hopes after reading about it. The flavor profile far EXCEEDS Manuka honey and my research reading says Buckwheat honey has more antioxidants and other health benefits. I won't bother throwing away money on Manuka again; Buckwheat is where the consumer should go. It's also from Ukraine, which I am personally interested to realize that, and to support their economy. Buckwheat honey is so amazingly dark and very rich flavor profile. This purchase is a great value in addition to the benefits. You can look online for more, but trust this consumer, you will notice the vast difference in its quality. P.S. I forgot to also mention something that I feel is important, health wise; this Buckwheat Honey is IN A GLASS JAR, not another plastic one. I find comfort knowing unknown plastic chemicals won't be leaching into the food I purchased for health reasons.

I'm writing this here because Amazon will NOT let me return it. Here's the story. The honey is totally delicious...I LOVE it. As a matter of fact I set up a subscription so that I'd never forget to order it. This is great stuff. However it's packed in a glass bottle and the last two shipments the box has arrived with a rattle noise when I pick it up. I open the box and the glass is broken and there is honey everywhere. It happened last month and I let it go. There's 24 dollars gone....but today I just got another order and it's broken. Honey eveywhere that I have to clean up. So why leave a bad review? I went to the section in Amazon to complain about DELIVERY and it's all AI. I outlined what was wrong in the chat....I was very clear. It replies back to me "I see you had an issue, please tell me more". Seriously? So, I outlined it again and it told me that honey can't be returned. So, I"m out Fifty dollars now. I can't afford this gamble anymore so I just cancelled my subscription. Maybe the seller will see this feedback and contact Amazon and complain. I'll say it again and I mean it. The honey is outstanding. I love it and the seller seems great. If your Amazon delivery people do a good job then get this stuff it's awesome....but it it comes to you in a broken jar ....be warned, Amazon will NOT accept the return.

I'll always complain about the price, but it is one of my favorite honey's, I love the thickness & flavor.

Tangy, tasty & a little tangy. This honey is sooooo good. It's solid, not gooey and spreads nicely on toast. I'm very picky about honey and this is a winner. I ordered it because the "Carpathian" origin was intriguing to me (I'm half Serbian). I checked the label when I got it. It's Ukrainian Honey distributed by an Amish co. In the states. I will be ordering more because it's so good and to, hopefully, support the Ukraine.
