I think they are effective because i noticed a change after a few days of work outs Good value for the money and are Keto/diabetic friendly. Took off one star because I cannot buy these anymore? Who knows if these even have any creatine in them, the label says 4 grams of carbohydrates and 5000 mg (5 g) of creatine monohydrate in a 2 gummy bear serving. 2 of these gummy bears weigh 5.75 grams, they would need to weigh AT LEAST 9 grams for the label to be accurate.
