I love this equipment. I bought line directly from the aquastrength website - sorry Amazon - but I've been working with it every day for the last 2 weeks and I'm already seeing results. It has great resistance in the pool and it's a lot of fun to use. I wish the barbell would collapse within itself so it could be stored in a gym locker. Really, that's my only complaint. The hand barbells can be stored in a gym locker. Admittedly, the fins do look a little dorky on your legs but they're completely worth it when you're in the pool. They ramp up your resistance so if you want to jog in the pool or just walk you can really feel the effort. I use the barbell in the shallow end to do deadlifts and squats. I have read that you cannot get a good workout in the pool, but I would challenge anyone making that claim to do deadlifts and squats with this barbell for a couple of minutes in the pool. Feels like I'm back at my CrossFit gym.
