Can you turn the chimes off completely

Yes you can. The chimes are rather loud, my bedroom is far enough away from it that I don't hear it when I am sleeping.

Is there option of turning on the chimes (all 24 hours, not night time only). I want only the hourly strike (hourly gong) and nothing else.

Clock chimes every 15 minutes, you can set it that it doesn't chime between the hours of 11 and 6 but you can not make it only on the hour.

Does it have the tick tock sound? My husband is really annoyed with those sound :(

We can hear no tick tock and you can set the chimes as loud or soft as you want. We love it, and get many compliments on it.

Does pendulum move, and does it make tick tock sound?

Pendelum moves, but does not make sound. Sounds on 15 30 45 and hour, if you wish. Can set that electronically.
