Too little protein to be of much value.
I wish that I had read the nutritional label before buying.For all their nice writing about “pure bovine protein”, there is only 2g of protein per serving.They can call it “recover rebuild”, but the fact is that your body needs 20-30g of protein (depending on your size) post work out.I have only used this a couple of days now, but I do seem to be staying sore for longer. I wish that I had stuck with Driven Nutriton, or tried something else.

Perfect suppliment, if you want your gag reflexes to get stronger!
Literally smells, and therefore, tastes, like my teenaged son’s sweaty socks! Could not get over the smell and was gagging just trying to get 3 oz down. Sadly, all of this occurred while drinking it as a smoothie...it’s not like just mixed it with water! I couldn’t even imagine what my gag reflexes would have done if I subjected it to that!

Excellent hydration product
I really like this stuff for hydrating in the hot summer months. Works even better when mixed with coconut water!

Delicious and Filling Way to End the Day
Being a fitness enthusiast and switching to a Paleo diet are two things that are hard to do simultaneously. I love this product as it is a delicious and filling way to end the day and speed muscle recovery. Or at least it feels like it!

Tastes Amazing!!!!
I have been waiting for actual all natural sports supplements forever. I'm very meticulous with my diet and training and have always had to make my own concoctions at home because every pre and post workout supplement out there is full of garbage. It's a total contradiction!Enter PALEOETHICS... finally a brand that doesn't add all that garbage. This product only uses a few key ingredients, tastes amazing, mixes perfectly and is perfect for post workout. I love that they don't use preservatives. 5 stars.
