My daughter had lice for the first time ever and after taking her to a lice clinic they suggested I buy this and spray it in her hair. They use it at the clinic. It works! So easy and a great value.

Totally effective and chemical free . Fabulous effective alternative to typical chemical products . I can use 2x a week on my kids , guilt free . This washes out fairly easily and will last about 6 treatments .

I use this for my cat. Dimethicone kills lice quickly and fleas almost instantly. I use the lice comb sold by this company and remove most of the fleas. Then wash with Dawn which kills fleas faster than the flea shampoo I was using without the harsh ingredients. Lastly, apply dimethicone as close to the roots near the skin. Let it sit for 30 minutes and any fleas remaining will be dead. Wash the oil off and you’re good to go. As always, be careful when applying anywhere near the eyes. Dimethicone doesn’t burn if it gets in the eyes but it will make vision seem foggy until it’s rinsed out. A little goes a long way and if you’re concerned about this ingredient just go to your bathroom and look at your lotions, conditioner, makeup, etc. Dimethicone is in so many products and lice clinics use it on children to treat head lice.

First time my daughter had this was when she had a professional lice remover treatment. Once I learned what had to be done if she got lice again this was part of the regimen. It’s nice and thick and helps suffocate any lice that are left. I add a good amount after combing thru her hair and let it sit in her hair with a hair cap for an hour. Usually after 3 sessions she is all clear. This thick oil helps to kill any lice that may have been missed. Recommend Dawn to shampoo the stuff off the hair. Recommend this product for your little ones with lice.
