Q: Do they need refrigeration ?

no I don't refrigerate . they are shrink wrapped two to wrap and then come in a large zip lock bag. After I give my dog one, I use a small zip lock bag to store the other until next. It should keep them fresh for several months. My dog loves these! and they do not splinter. I throw away when they get golf ball size.

Q: Is the bone from a cow raised in the usa or simply cooked for the dogs in the usa?

Q: Can they eat the whole thing?

They can because it’s not rawhide. However once the meat is gone I throw mine out. My dog ends up eating it all and it turns his poop white and hard. I would recommend taking it away once the meat is gone.
