NATURAL STACKS MoodBiotic Probiotics for Women & Men - Probiotic Lactobacilli Supplement w/ 6 Billion CFU for Better Mood, Stress Management, Improved Cognition & Gut Health (30ct) - w/Cerebiome

Been taking this supplement since I’ve been working from home so much. I was getting a bit of brain fog and also just wanted to up my supplement game. A bunch of health nuts I know love natural stacks so I got this upon their recommendation. I’m now a huge fan of this company. Also there are 30 capsules in this bottle so the bottle does look a little empty but the quality of the supplement is very high.

I have been using the MoodBotic for awhile and I think it has helped with my overall state of mind. I will continue to buy this product.

I honestly didn’t even get to try these, as they contain milk. The other supplements I’ve gotten from this brand do not contain dairy, and the ingredients list in the images displayed here cut off the allergen as shown on the bottle. I’m leaving 4 stars because I do love the other supplements from this brand, but I’m hoping this review will keep other hopeful lactose-intolerant buyers from making my mistake.

I have worked hard to find supplements that help with my anxiety and GI issues, and OMG I cannot stress enough how amazing this supplement is. It took about 3 weeks for me to feel it’s impact, but it’s reduced my anxiety by 80%-and that’s huge as my anxiety had shot my nervous system, sleeping patterns, and bowel movements.

I have been using this product every day and night for 2+ years now (and that's a lot of money)It works wonders when it does, But the problem is it doesn't work most of the time.I think the potency of the product gets messed up due to the aging of the stock or shipping.- I used to order the 90 ct. and it was a 100% miss. I think they discontinued that now.- If you buy the product on sale from their website, its a 100% miss- For normal orders, If I refrigerate the delivered shipment immediately and there is a 30-50% chance that it worksI am a fan of Roy Krebs (CEO), I like the quality of other products I use.I did let their sales and support team know about this problem and it's of no use and I finally decided to stop spending on this product anymore… I gave up !!

The bacteria strains contained in this probiotic are well researched; however, I have not yet received any profound noticable benefits in 1.5 weeks of supplementation. I give a 3-star rating because so far I have tolerated it well (in comparison to other probiotics I have taken), and I expect to recieve more noticable benefits after more continued use.

I take this supplement as directed and it seems to help a lot with brain fog. I’m always more productive with it, which is a plus!

I am proactive with my gut health somewhat so maybe that's why I really didn't notice any improvement.I do like this brand quite a bit but this particular product didn't seem noticeable for me
