It seems about every review for Dewalt replacement pads are bad (including for factory original pads). The pads I received perfectly fit my Dewalt random orbit sander and have a hook surface that seems every bit as good as the original pad. There were no problems with screw alignment and the loop back sandpaper adheres well. I bought these pads from the seller due to the price. Why pay double the price for only one pad that is of poor quality? Again these pads fit and work well.

Fit perfect, easy replacement. Nearly identical to the original. Other reviews state that it's not metal backed like the original but in actuality the original only has a very very thin piece of metal to make it appear solid.

Not sure what other reviewers were talkin about. Great replacement with metal top. And the pictures that showed the holrs being wallered out, installer malfunction, they just didn't put the screws in tight enough. Just finished sanding the bottom of a 25 foot boat. Worked great.

Shipping was extremely fast. The pad fit perfect and works great. Just a note, the whole pad is plastic, but so was the original. Can't beat the price of this compared to buying a whole new sander.

I took a chance on this replacement sander pad and could not be happier. Perfect fit on my Porter Cable sander and the hook and loop affixes my Norton sanding sheets more tightly than the original. Be aware that this is a very firm pad, firmer than the OEM. Great for sanding things flat.

Working well so far, have been on sander for a few months now. Time will have to determine longevity.

Was what we were looking for and is just as good of quality as original, which I'm pretty sure was still made in China.

Fit perfectly but the backing plate is plastic, not metal as pictured. I do not know whether this will affect the functionality or life of the product. For example, screws were really tight on OEM plate but I do not know whether plastic will take the same tightness. Otherwise the product looks fine. I am finished with the job I was working on and it may be a while before I put the sander to use to find out if the plastic plate holds up.
