Bad Battery Seal?
Ordered 2 of these. The first after put in use kept shutting off. We could fiddle with it and get it to supply us with a reading and then quit completely. I thought it may be a bad/dead battery. I opened the unit up and it was wet inside with water. The battery was becoming corroded. I dried the battery area and placed a new fresh battery in with the same issue as before happening. I don't know if its a bad seal around the battery or what. Now have the second one in use...fingers crossed we don't have any issues. These are not cheap to replace.

The temp is right
I work in a restaurant and our dish machine needs to hit a certain temp for the health department. This guy is perfect for showing that we get it right. Highly recommend.
