This ear piece works really well. Mostly used for virtual meetings and the sound quality is really clear. The weight is light but solid/good quality. It sits/fits comfortably in my ear and the charge lasts for a while. Initial connection was easy, to my Dell laptop. All I have to do is take it out the case and put it in my ear and it connects. Very easy to use and the price paid was well worth it. Highly recommend.

The design of the Bluetooth is very comfortable to wear. I have small ears and it fit just right. It's looks like it would be heavy, but it surprised me. It's not heavy at all. People told me I sounded very clear. The noise cancellation is great. I am always around noise and people said they didn't hear it. It charges very quickly. It's tricky to put it back in the case to charge. The only issue I had with it was that it did not announce the caller. It does not read the phone number or callers name. Overall, it's a good Bluetooth for the price you pay.

The best ear bud I have ever had. It has a good reach. It is clear and the background noise doesn't reach the person I am talking to unless I am right in front of what is making the noise. Held a charge for the five hour phone calls with my sister. It is so light and comfortable I barely feel it on/in my ear. Stays on my ear very well without pressure. Connecting to my phone is so easy I have to be careful how I put it my ear. Charging is as easy as putting it in its case. A functional piece of equipment I wish I had gotten sooner.

I like the charging case and the instant on feature as soon as you take it out of the case. It is a little tricky to figure out which way to unbend and unfold the thing before placing it on your head. Same thing with getting it back into the case.The controls are not easy to use and the lack of user instructions leaves it something of a mystery to figure out. I have gotten the headset to work and adjust volume but couldn't repeat it the next time.Yesterday I went to use it and it was dead - no response at all. After placing it back in the case and removing it again the headset connected and functioned properly.Quality of sound is adequate both on the receiving end and with the person(s) that you are talking with.
