A sleek, practical, and reliable headset for all your calls
I am honestly so impressed with this Bluetooth headset right out of the box! It came packaged really nicely, making it feel high-end before you even open it. The performance matches the look. Pairing was instant, and the wireless connection stays completely stable during calls. The audio is crystal clear, and the microphone picks up my voice wonderfully without picking up background noise. One of my favorite features is the digital battery display on the charging case, you can see the exact battery percentage left. The device is very comfortable to wear for long stretches, easy to adjust, and the earpiece itself feels secure. It is also extremely practical for going out for walks, you can chat on the phone while moving around, and nobody even realizes you have an earpiece on. The connection is stable, the audio is clear, and it makes handling calls on the go completely effortless. Such a well-designed and reliable device!

Perfect for Work from Home
Works absolutely wonderful. Came fully charged, so I was able to connect instantly to my laptop. The only flaw is I have a MacBook Air, and instead of muting the mic, it makes the Siri feature pop up, which is probably something I can fix in my settings. But I work from home, and this headset is absolutely perfect. The customers can hear me crystal clear, and itโs lightweight. So I donโt have a big, hot headset anymore. Lol. Definitely worth the money. Iโm going to recommend all my coworkers get one. I can literally go to the kitchen and still be heard. Crystal clear great range. Comfortable. And has great durability. And you get to pick the size of the earbud so perfect size.

Awesome battery life for this headset.
This Bluetooth V5.3 headset has become my go-to for work and driving. The standout feature is the 500mAh charging case that gives me a true 72 hours of talk time โ Iโve gone for several days on calls without plugging it in once. Pairing was instant, and the connection stays rock solid even 30 feet from my phone. Call quality is excellent thanks to the noise-cancelling mic. My coworkers said they canโt hear my kids or the dog in the background anymore, just my voice. Itโs comfortable for hours with the soft ear gel, and lightweight enough that I forget itโs there. The hands-free controls are simple and responsive. For anyone who lives on calls or needs a reliable earpiece for commuting, this is a steal. Loud, clear, comfortable, and the battery just wonโt quit. Highly recommend!

Volume jumps to 100% for almost all calls and no option to charge without the case.
I had tried a couple different headsets before this one and was tired of people telling me they couldn't hear me at times. I decided to try this one and it was so much better. I haven't had anyone complain they couldn't hear me, I love the battery life, it's comfortable, and the sound quality is good. I had no complaints listening to music or hearing someone on a call. The problem is with the volume level. Every time I made or answer a call, the volume shoots up to 100%. Occasionally it would remember the level where I had it set, though you could see when the call first connected it was up at 100% and then dropped to 30% where I had it. Roughly 20% of the time it would do that. The other 80% of the time it would stay at 100%. Also I used ChatGPT quite a bit in live mode and every time I started a live chat, the volume was at 100%. WHY would someone design a headset to do that? It makes no sense and it's really very frustrating having to immediately turn the volume down so you don't blast your eardrum. I tried different things and contacted the seller, who wasn't very helpful. They offered to send a replacement, and unfortunately that one does the exact same thing. Also, something else that is a deal breaker for me - the headset can only be charged in the case. There isn't a USB port on the headset, so you have to have the case with you to charge it. That's ridiculous. I don't understand why they wouldn't put a charging port on the headset. I almost always have a charging cable around - in the car, at work, in the kitchen, on the bedside table. But I don't want to have to keep up with a charging case and have to find it just to charge the headset. This isn't something I can live with, so back it goes.

Excellent clarity and battery life, but major flaw with two devices
If you have a single android device, this headset is an excellent choice. I used it for two weeks, and got multiple comments on the call clarity, and I could hear better as well. I am on probably no less than 20 calls each day for work, in all sorts of environments, conference calls, and Teams calls, and clarity on all was great, noise canceling worked well on the interstate with the windows down in trucks without A/C. Battery life lasted all day, with the first call at 5:45AM, and the last call was 9:30 PM for 30+ minutes, going over a project plan for the next day, and I lost track of the total calls that day, stopping counting after 30 calls. The only reason I am not still using this headset as I type this is the issue with two devices, in my case, two Samsung Android devices, a work phone and a personal phone. My personal phone is paired with multiple headsets and speakers (single ear, noise canceling buds, bone conduction, speakers, etc), while my work phone is paired with a single ear headset for 90% of the time, and an open-ear, bone conduction headset for some specific work situations. This setup worked for three years with my previous single ear headset that finally wore out and ear hook came apart. No matter how I paired this headset with my two phones, every time I set this headset down, or put it in the charging case, I had to re-pair it with my two phones. There was no "hold a sec while I switch to my headset" ever....it was "let me call you back once I get this bluetooth headset paired again..." SUPER annoying in my case. I start most mornings needing to make calls or attend a Teams meeting....having to deliberately re-pair this headset to my two current but different model Samsung phones every single morning or every single emergency call after-hours drove me to the point of energetically engaging in kinetic disassembly of this this headset after pulling it for a 30 minute truck stop nap, and receiving a critical logistics call that got people heading in the exact wrong directions because I could not get it paired again to correct routes and schedules before multiple people got on the wrong interstates going in the opposite directions actually needed that morning. If you have one Android phone, this headset is great, comfortable, stable pairing, great sound, great noise canceling, long battery life, well balanced on the ear. If you have two Android devices, you will be looking for a hammer in short order.

Great at first
Worked great for first 6 months. Now already barely charging even if you have it plugged in all day. You don't have it plugged in for only less than 24 hours and it stops charging.

Good for the month it lasted, 1 day past the return window (now updated to 5 stars)
Updating the below review to 5 stars. Why? I thought I just lost mine and was certain I wanted to purchase another one--its that good. So, the short version is: yes, I purchased 2 of these to have one as a backup. Yes, one of them failed exactly 1 day past the return window. But, the one that lasted has held up really well for the last 3 months. It keeps good charge. I compared the audio to various other brands and there's barely any difference. It's comfortable on the ear, has a well-designed interface. And the plastic protective charging case it comes with is pure gold. Whoever designed it to frequently show the approximately charge remaining should be awarded a very big prize. Overall, happy with this set, despite one of them failing. If you're lucky to get a keeper, it's definitely worth more than the price. ==== I have to admit for the $20 I paid, I got a month of solid use. I was impressed it lasted exactly 1 day past the return window. Would I ever buy it again? maybe--depends on how desperate I am to get something right now. I ended up buying 2, like I usually do in case something fails. And I'm shocked that my ocd strategy actually came in handy this time. I may never know how they engineered it to last exactly 1 day past the return window, but I do know that it's a great value at its price point. Audio on the receiving end is decent quality and I heard the same from the other end.

Great For Quiet Environments.
It's a decent inexpensive little Bluetooth Headset, however after using it for close to 2 months there are issues I have noticed about it. The good: It is comfortable, easy to use, charges fast, light weight and excellent range. The OK: Noise Filtration, Talk time, build quality The bad: Volume, static, Volume buttons, It's design is comfortable and the weight is easy on the ear for extended use. If one ear gets tired it can easily be adjusted to fit the other ear. The buttons are straight forward and easy to use, but the volume buttons are finicky. The volume buttons need to be pressed on the edge for the device to register the press. The device charges pretty fast. It charges up to 100% in about an hour or less, but the case takes a little longer to charge. The range is really good for a ~700sqft home. The range easily traverses walls and calls rarely gets choppy. Noise filtration is ok. I can hear the person loud and clear with minimal noise from their surroundings, but there is always a constant static in the background. If you're in a loud environment it is difficult to hear the person on the other end because the volume can only go so loud. I recommend the device if you're going to be in a quiet environment. It's not for the street, public transportation, POV if your car is quiet enough.
