This is the best product that I have tried. This is my 3rd time ordering it and I will continue to use it long term. I have trouble staying asleep and I wake up many times during the night. Sometimes I lay awake for hours. But since I started using Bioma, my sleep is restful and if I do wake up to use the bathroom, I fall right back to sleep. It's made a huge difference!

After a weekend of shooting weddings, my body and brain are usually fried. I started taking these capsules to help my digestion and sleep catch up with my workload. Helps my muscles relax after carrying heavy gear, and the sleep quality I'm getting now means I can actually enjoy my day off instead of just sleeping through it.

Week one....no noticeable changes. Well, I have it I will give it more time Week two...sleep has proved considerably. I used to get 4 to 6 hours of sleep. Now I get 5.5 to 7. BUT...I would have 50 to 55 minutes of deep sleep. Now it is 1.25 to 1.5 hours of deep sleep. AND when I get up at 2 or 3 am, I can get right back into bed and fall back to sleep, whereas before, I would toss and turn for 20 mins, then get up for the day. I have not lost weight yet, but I think that is coming. I am not as hungry, and I get satisfied faster. I went to the grocery store hungry a few days ago, and I did not buy anything not on my list. I even stood at the cracker and chip aisles and was ot tempted by any of it. Those are my go to snacks. My husband got us each a handful of m&m's the other night, I only ate half, and they are still on the table beside my chair. I am going to give this product a real chance. I will use for at least 3 months and will report back then, if not sooner.

I brought this to my business trip to Asia. Given the difference in the timeszones, jetlag is crazy. This product help me adjust my sleep schedule and I don't wake up with a headache.

These are Excellent to help you sleep at night. I take them an hour before I go to bed and I fall asleep fast and stay sleeping all night. These pills have worked so well I no longer have menopause insomnia. I haven’t notice any weight loss but I sleep great. I will continue to take these I call them my night night pills.

As long as u follow the directions, it will work. It had to build up in your system like anything else to work effectively. I started with one capsule for 2 weeks just to get my body used to it. Definitely great value, ease to swallow and follow the directions, and best for me at night a few hours before sleep.
