Do not underestimate the size of the filter. It looks small in web pictures but this unit is large. I have a 900 square foot great room (living, dining, kitchen). I bought another air purifier that stated it could clean up to 1,000 square foot. Nope. The unit was small and could not handle the three cats and dog dander in the room. Everyone was sneezing. So I bought this Coway unit. It stands almost two feet tall and one foot wide. Has a large air intake area, different settings for strength, fan speeds, and more. When I got the unit I turned it on Turbo and our air was clean in under an hour! You could smell the difference! The noise on Turbo is loud, but the lower settings are not noisy at all. Excellent large, great room approved air purifier! Plus you can vacuum the outer filter (no buying more), and should only have to change in HEPA filter about once a year.

The first time I used my air purifier I was amazed at how long I could go between dustings of my house. It was fantastic. Also, when I came home and stepped inside the air smelled so much better and cleaner. Keep the filter vacuumed and only need to reorder a filter once per year.

Have owned the 350 unit for 7 months now. It's does a good job cleaning the air and removing odors in a large area of 1700 sf. However what I don't appreciate is the frequency of filter change. As per manual and advertisement, the filter should last for 12 months if put on 'Turbo' mode for average 8 hrs a day. Based on my own experience, this is far from being true. I place the unit in the dinner room which is dry and free of obstacles. I put it on 'Turbo' mode for 4-5 hrs on average every day. Yet after ~3 months of usage, it starts to emit sour/vinegar like odors which generally indicates saturated carbon filter, in other words, due for replacement. 7 months in, I'm due to replace the filter for the 2nd time, which is way too frequent. Rough math shows I need to spend 400 on replacement (= 4 replacement ×100/filter) a year. This is ridiculous. The unit itself only cost 400 after tax. WHO ON EARTH WOULD DO THAT?! I have 4 airmega 150, 1 airmega 250 and 1 airmega 400 at home, none of that requires that much of filter change a year. Very disappointed in the 350 in that regard. Reached out to their customer service once but they not being helpful. I like the 'rapid' mode that the airmega 250 has, which puts the machine in 'turbo' mode for 15 mins then revert to Auto mode automatically. Airmega 350 doesn't have it. You'll have to either set a timer to turn off the unit completely or manually change it back to Auto mode.

No delivery issues. Unit is a nice design, beautiful beige color that works perfectly with my aesthetic (does not need to be hidden). So far no mechanical issues. Seems to function well. I like the various setting options; they are convenient.
