I had used a batana oil made in China until, after doing my research , I realized it had extra ingredients I didn't want or need & a perfume-y smell. I much prefer this local product made in Honduras with an earthy coffee smell which I love . My husband & I have noticed a difference & will reorder this brand . It costs more than the Chinese version but is well worth it for the high quality, great results & we're supporting a local business..

This oil treatment is a good product.

This stuff smells terrible like an ash tray filled with cigarettes. It has such a putrid smell and for those who say it smells like coffee they don’t have a clue as to what coffee smells like. I feel like I am putting garbage on my head and this product has not done anything beneficial for my hair. Been using it regularly for two months now and my hair doesn’t look or feel any different. I do not recommend this product. I asked a few hair specialists and no one has ever heard of this stuff. I really feel ripped off. I am stopping using it.

My hair was getting thin and coming out when I got the Botana oil I noticed the growth of my hair, the strength and fullness. I love it. I recommend.

I love the nutty smell. The product softens my hair and appears to moisturize as well. It also absorbs well. I am not sure about growth, but I noticed less shedding.

First time I'm using Batana Oil and hasn't even been a month of using it, so there's no way to know yet if it's going to help my hair. BUT, the second time I used it my finger poked into a big, deep, empty hole in the middle of the jar that was just air. I'm not happy to know that I didn't get what I paid for. By the time I finish with this jar if I feel that I want to continue with Batana Oil I would definitely try another brand first to see if I can find out that cares enough for its customers that they'll make sure they fill the jars up.

This oil has a nice Smokey coffee smell, and melts easily when heated. I have just started using it on my hair and scalp and so far my dandruff decreased significantly. I will continue to use it to see if it strengthens my hair.
