It is pretty easy to use the pain in the butt is threading the thread through the eye of the needle the other hard part is if the instructions are lost i have to use the pictures to try and put the colors in the right place some are obvious and some are not it be nice to find the instructions online. Yeah i know it doesn't have to look exactly like the picture but still though.

Such a great project to work on and great for beginners as well. I love love how it turned out and received many compliments as well. I didn’t run out of thread but some of thread colors were different than shown in the picture. Also, it would have been easier to learn if the instructions and video were in English, but I was still able to figure it out.

I wanted a quick embroidery project to get me back into the swing of sewing and embroidering so I could practice my stitches and keeping them even. I couldn't understand the instructions because they were very poorly translated from Chinese and the picture was not instructive at all. Lucky that the Lavender piece only has 3 colors other wise it would have been unmanageable. The print on the fabric was thicker than I would have expected and it took a lot of time to get it to soak off - luckily the colors didn't bleed from the floss. I think next time I'm just going to find a pattern and trace it onto the fabric rather than pre-stamped fabric like this. I think this is a kit for a person with medium skill or at least some working knowledge of what the different stitches are.

My daughter said she wanted lavender embroidered on her jeans for Christmas and handed me a picture she found online. I found this kit on Amazon, and decided it was the perfect kit to give me everything I needed for this project. I used the pattern, directions, thread and needle included in the kit to embroider her jeans. I just drew the pattern on free-hand in colored washable ink pen and sewed over the top. Managed to finish at midnight Christmas eve. WHEW!! (Nothing like procrastination to get you moving at the last moment!) She loves her jeans and told me they were exactly what she wanted. This kit was PERFECT for this project - directions were easy to follow and more than enough thread included to complete the project. The fabric included in the kit was much higher quality than I was expecting for the price. Also included an embroidery hoop which worked great.

At first this kit was easy and then when it got to the top part of the pattern, it was missing a line and the instructions wasn’t clear on how to stitch the top. Normally when the instructions aren’t clear, I can use the reference photo to help. Unfortunately, the picture that came with the kit was blurry and I couldn’t see the top part clearly. So I had the come up with my own pattern for the top.This is not good for beginners and I do hope that they come up with better instructions because this is a cute kit.

This was my first embroidery. I really enjoyed it. The instructions aren't great, but not bad. Watch a few youtube videos to help. They provide more than enough floss. If you run out, you probably didn't divide the six threads into three. Other reviews said the floss bled when using water to remove the guide, so I just put the guide on the back and left it there.

i enjoyed working on this project. there was a lot of freedom in the crafting process for putting it together. the floss colors weren't in the correct order in the holder but that is easily fixed. it was a little challenging to do but i enjoyed the process.

The instructions were clear on every stitch. I did get everything in my package, but the nut for the screw on the embordiry hoop wasn't there. I did contact the company and waiting to hear back. That's why I'm giving this product 4 stars since it is harder to embroider with out a hoop.UPDATE: They sent me a replacement and had quick costumer service. It just took a while for me to update.
