Wiring pin connectors

Useless, nothing to positively solder or crimp to on the wire end.
I expected some sort of crimp or ring to solder wires to, but neither male or female end uses anything I can solder to reliably. I have no idea what they meant to connect these, but it's entirely useless. These will go in the garbage while I now have to find something actually usable. Maybe I am missing the point, but any lack of documentation for intended use leaves me simply confused who could actually think this was a good idea.

Insecure wire connection
These plugs require you to attach the wire with solder, but my solder would not stick. I thought the wire was attached but the connection was poor. I will have to buy another kind with a screw to tighten the wire. They were fine if you can get the solder to stick.
