Excellent for stretching with
Purchased for son. After using every day he says: Good sturdy quality. Excellent for stretching with. Easy to use at home. And quick to stuff in bag to take to gym to use. Would have preferred a different colour for it to be available in, other than yellow. But knew this was a good one, because he had already tried his friends one out before hand.

Durable
I have two of these that I use for pull aparts, 100 reps at a time and also some shoulder dislocates. Been doing it for a long while and they're still in great shape.
