Versatile
Great buy!!! This product was very easy to use and small enough for me to hid when I’m not using it. The machine looks more complicated that it is. My only dislike is figuring out the time setting. I made a sticker for a reminder. I would recommend this press for any beginner.

For the price I'm probably getting exactly what I bought, but it seems finicky at best
For the price I'm going to be fair, compared to more sophisticated higher priced heat transfer machines, I'm probably getting what I paid for, but in all honesty it's very hard to work with, there's no way to determine the measurement for the press itself, or a way to determine accuracy for the heat on the press itself. I have a heat monitor and the number on the digital screen that I set the heat to never matches what the gun says it's showing for heat. I've done a few heat transfers and the temperature seems to fluctuate from one day to the next on the same temperature setting so one day the exact same shirt with the exact same material transfers fine, then the next day I'm getting either too hot or too cold and the transfer is either not getting hot enough to lay down, or it gets so hot it's overheating the transfer and causing it to become too hot to lay down. It seems like getting into really high temps is useless I can't press a sublimation transfer at all as they require such high temperature and the machine overshoots that temperature so far that it has actually burned my shirts and I haven't had time to mentally map out the amount I need to bring the temperature down to make it work. It's kind of frustrating cause I was using this as a spring board to start my own business but I can't trust that my customer's products will be high quality when I can't keep the transfers the same day to day.

Do not purchase this
I have had this heat press for over a year. In the begging I was so excited and eager to learne HP that I didn't know what to look for.1- Not enough workspace between the plates.2- The movement of swinging the upper plate left/right unscrews the pressung plate, which is heavy. This happens at the worst moments when you have a Tshirt in there and its burning hot, so you cannot screw it right back, gotta wait at least 1 hour.3- After one hour or so, it shuts off. Out of nothing. even if you wait for it to cool down, press the reset button, it would shut down before reaching the set temperature. (I read other reviews mentioning this). Makes me think the safety switch is not so efficient.4- The mug presses do not heat up evenly and the edges close to the handle get a horrible faded color because that part of the press does not get hot enough.

Press heater for cricket stuff
This was awesome I would recommend it definitely if you're into cricket it's got a big bass to heat a big area it doesn't cool down too fast the cord doesn't get hot worth the price

Hate the timer setting.
The press does what it's supposed to, what I don't like, is that when it's been set to a certain temperature, if I'm busy setting up my next item and the temp drops a few degrees, it stays at the set temperature until I press down and attempt to start the timer, It won't allow me to start the timer because the temperature is no longer at what I set it to. I have to wait for the press to reach the desired temp again. I'm not sure if I explained myself. I guess this can all just be avoided with my own little timer.

So annoyed
Just irritated...I purchased the machine about 3 months ago and the top plate snapped off in the middle of pressing a shirt. It was too heavy for me to lift it off my project and by the time I was able to get the it off the project was ruined. My boyfriend was able to attached the plate back onto the machine but now it won't heat up...it gets to a certain temperature then shuts off. I tried unplugging and resetting the circuit but it still won't turn on. I purchased the protection plan but I have no idea where to find the model number or serial number...it was doing fine until now.

So far so good
So far this heat press is good and easy to use.Cons: I don’t like that it’s too heavy and not bottom heavy so when you swivel the top part to remove your shirt it kind of tilts, mine hasn’t fallen over but just be careful. Another con is that loud screeching sound when you swivel the top part of the heat press. I just bought this 2 weeks ago and doesn’t seem to have a lot of lubricant but it’s an easy fix for me. I’m a beginner on shirt making so this heat press has been a good friend to me. I haven’t had a chance to use the other attachments but I would recommend for a beginner!! Also u can connect this machine to a regular outlet I was having troubles understanding the manual but on the back of the machine it has the voltage info.
