What size are the plans? Do they have an engineers stamp?

The plans are not large blue print size plans. They are on good quality paper that is appox. 18x24. There is no stamp but they are very well detailed and every county that Ive built this cabin in(3 thus far) has approved the plans with no changes needed.

Could I purchase a full basement design? Block or poured concrete?

Thank you for your inquiry! We do not have a full basement option with the 24x24 cabin.

Does the plan include vapor barrier for floor and walls?

No it does not. It does include insulation on material list though. I put insulation under floors and a plastic sheeting.

Each state requires a permit to be pulled with the state/county and you would submit the plans with the permit application. They would only be stamped by the architect (but that’s not necessary), before they get stamped for approval in your state and/or county.
