Their gins are a perfect taste of Edinburgh, distilled with fantastically fresh juniper, coriander, citrus peel and orris root, mixed with Scottish heritage botanicals - heather and milk thistle for that piece of extra magic. All blended in a rather splendid, 200 year old copper still.
