Is the hair rooted so there are no bald spots?

The scalp has lots of holes in them and out of each hole is a little plug of hair. Approximately 1/8 inch away from each other.

Will the glitter girls doll clothes fit this barbie?

That's a great question. It's hit or miss with the Glitter Girl clothes. The skirts usually fit well, but the tops are too big. If you are good at taking in seams, it's worth the investment. I haven't tried any of the pants yet, but I imagine it's the same issue.

Do regular size Barbie clothes fit this Barbie as well?

They do not. This doll is taller and the proportions are different.
