I bought this for my kids to have help going to sleep at night. My 4 year old begs me to put it on her. I was shocked because I had a very bad leg cramp that my usual homeopathic medicine wasn’t touching so I rolled this on and was able to get relief so quick!

We were having problems with my 3 year old sleeping at night and purchase this product. It was effective by at least the second or third day and has really helped her sleep like a baby through the night. It's easy to apply, I usually put socks on and rub her feet for a few seconds, and it's not greasy at all. It absorbs quickly because my kiddo likes to rip her socks off half the time and it still works. We've had it for over 5 months and we still have quite a bit left. Good value for money!

I got this hoping to help with my cramping in the legs during sleeping. It might have worked some what, but I turned out not reaching for it a lot. The texture for it is pretty nice, not too thick, easy and quick absorbing, and the smell is delightful. However, the roller applicator is really awkward to use. It either not letting out any cream, or if i try to squeeze a bit hard, the roller ball will just pop out. I would suggest to have a different applicator, maybe a silicone brush or duck mouth one.

The lotion itself is great! Nongreasy and easy to rub in. However the roller ball does not work on the product we got. It pops out with any squeeze to the tube and I just end up manually rolling it in some lotion I squeeze up or just put the lotion on my finger and rubbing it into the kids feet.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this magnesium lotion deserves it. My kid has always had trouble winding down at night—lots of tossing, turning, and “one more story, please.” Since adding this lotion into our bedtime routine, the difference has been night and day. The lotion itself is gentle, not greasy, and absorbs quickly. No sticky mess, no weird residue. It has a light, calming scent that’s not overpowering (my kid actually likes putting it on). Within about 15 minutes, he starts to relax, and bedtime battles have gotten WAY easier. As a parent, I love that the ingredients are safe and kid-friendly. It feels good knowing I’m using something natural instead of fighting the nightly struggle. If bedtime feels like a WWE match at your house, this lotion is worth every drop. Honestly, I wish I had found it sooner—it’s been a game-changer.

I wish hospitals sent you home with this stuff seriously. I swear by it.

Have been using for about a month now and have noticed a decent difference in our babies sleeping. He calms down sooner and it helps us with his bedtime routine. Application is a breeze and it’s not greasy because of the dry down. There’s not really a smell either. I can only smell it when I put it up to my nose.
