I love this dehydrator! It has a nice compact design, the temperature control is easy to use and accurate. The drying times are suggested, so keep an eye on your food. If you go by the instructions, it is spot on, but of course will require adjusting due to thickness and type of food being processed. It is well built, it holds a lot of items. I love that it comes with metal and plastic shelve covers. It cleans easily and works great.

Our first dehydrator was one of those round, black passive coil with air vent types that you could get at Kmart in the 80's! We still have one up on a shelf. Rather that dust that thing off we did some research and decided on this YASHE food dehydrator and have found it to be an excellent investment. We've made jerky and other dried meats as well as a ton of banana chips and other types of dried fruits for storage and future use. It's super easy to use, quiet, and relatively inexpensive to use, especially if you run it mostly in the daytime with solar. It has all of the features that you'll want for a home dehydrator such as timer, temperature controls, easy-cleaning racks, as well as rack liners that allow for air movement but help reduce any dripping from juices or marinades used in prepping your food. It even has a light so you can check on the progress without opening that door! We're really loving this new dehydrator and can definitely recommend it.

First time using this type of tool and it works great. It was exactly what I was looking for to minimize the food waste. Super easy to use. Great size for an small kitchen like mine. Comes with instructions that makes the whole process foolproof. Also, I this that it is beautiful and looks great in my counter. I’m so happy with the results.

So far so good, but I've only had it a month. I had a top of the line magic mill at 4 times the price. It started overheating after a year. Magic mill sold me the same faulty part that almost burnt my house down, so I could waste more time and money. This yashe dehydrator is smaller with no bells and whistles but very efficient so far. The 1000w heater makes it more efficient. I would rather have the stiff silicone mats, as the soft floppy ones that came with it are too hard to clean. Otherwise I'm happy with it so far.

This upgraded my food prep routine, I bought this at the beginning to make homemade jerky and some dried fruit but now I am using this almost daily, the space is great I chose the 14 trays and they let me prep huge batches at once which has been great so far. I have dried many many things and all came out great but I have my preferences on fruits and jerky. This didn't feel cheap and its actually made from steel which I thought it was plastic but no, it was pretty simple to clean I just put the trays into the dishwasher and that is it, I wipe the insides and that's it not much problem to be honest. I prepare most of my food on the weekends and use it throughout the week that's why I say its great for my meal preps.

The item worked well for the first couple months; then, as I was dehydrating, it would shut off after a while. I returned the item and still haven't received a refund from the seller! Buyer beware! Updste: no contact from seller and Seller still did not issue and I was unable to do an A-Z. So Amazon stepped in and gave me a full refund.

This dehydrator is so cool I tried it by filling the whole thing with bananas and it made banana chips by the time I woke up. The setting are easy and the recipe book is really nice with a ton of awesome ideas. The machine is stainless steel and is very quiet it does get very warm so he careful not to leave anything flammable around it and you should be good.

Het item zelf is een prima voedseldroger. Wat hier wel jammer was..het boek zat er tot 2 keer toe niet bij. Wel een vergoeding hiervoor gehad van Amazon. Prima afwerking.

Este deshidratador YASHE me ha sorprendido muy positivamente. Tiene una potencia alta (800W) y alcanza la temperatura adecuada muy rápido. La distribución del calor es uniforme, así que los alimentos se secan bien sin quemarse ni quedar húmedos. Las 9 bandejas de acero inoxidable son muy prácticas: se limpian fácilmente y no retienen olores. Además, vienen con rejillas finas y una bandeja especial para rollos de fruta, lo que permite preparar distintos tipos de alimentos al mismo tiempo: frutas, verduras, hierbas o incluso carne para jerky. El panel LED es sencillo y el temporizador de hasta 48 horas resulta muy útil, sobre todo si quieres dejarlo funcionando por la noche. También me gusta que sea silencioso y que el aire circule de forma constante. En resumen, un deshidratador grande, potente y bien diseñado. Ideal para quienes quieren preparar sus propias meriendas naturales en casa.

For the price paid (Amazon prime sale, 170 or so) this food dehydrator works great. It’s super spacious with 9 racks, plenty of room and not overly big either. Lighter then expected and runs super quiet, you can barely hear a hum. Comes with an instructional booklet to do all sorts of different recipes if you fail to think of some ideas. Everything is stainless steel and it’s super easy to clean. No plastics. Very clear to understand buttons. Overall a great purchase.

I am very pleased with the dehydrator overall. It has a premium feel and is user-friendly. When I measured the temperatures, I initially thought there might be an issue with uneven drying. The internal part of the dehydrator maintains an ideal temperature, but as you measure closer to the door, the temperature drops sharply (measurements are visible in the pictures). Surprisingly, this did not affect the drying at all. As seen in the pictures, the fruits dried for 10 hours at 55°C turned out quite well (although cherry tomatoes and thicker fruits needed additional drying, which was expected). The unit is much quieter than I expected. However, there is an occasional resonance in the vibrations of the rear panel, causing the noise level to increase slightly, but this lasts no more than 15 seconds. I also appreciated that the internal space of the device is maximized efficiently.
